Treatment for File Management Animation/Video

The video opens on a still (or live) image of a computer desktop/workstation. It is strewn with piles of papers, books, old cups of coffee and water bottles. Plus two computers.

Zoom in to look at the computer screens and see the virtual desktop, also a cluttered collections of folders and misc files floating in a virtual environment... Zoom in even closer and look at the list of websites existing on an internal hard drive one computer.... Open a file to see the inner contents... a mess.

Add cartoon overlay with files being dragged onto a remote server in a disorderly fashion.(I was thinking of a rocket ship or similar imagery- files falling out, spiriling out into nothingness) Click on the browser and the dreaded missing image icon shows up. Meanwhile a narrator talks about the importance of working in an orderly fashion.

New image- return to the same desktop with the cluttered cleared up. Books neatly lined up, papers filed, desktop clear. Zoom into the computer screen - all loose files have been put in folders, folders make sense, all is well organized.

Again we go to a cartoon overlay (back to the rocket ship or similar imagery) with all the files inside, waving to the working files left behind. Once more the browser is opened and all the files are there and working. Success!

Final Views (possible)

Working with hand coded files: Having an overall folder to store the entire job/website in. Broken down into:

If a website is very large, you may want to consider breaking it down into sections with subfolders of their own, each with their own image folder and html folder.

Neat, tidy, and easy to find files, easy to work with and easy to upload. Links to html pages and images remain intact. Happy worker, and happy client.
