Classifying Outcomes - Choosing the Craft Brew for You

Terminal Objectives

The consumer will be able to select a craft brew that will be pleasing to their palate.

The consumer will be able to name the 5 main ingredients in beer.

The consumer will be able to explain why IPAs use extra hops and what it does to the flavor.

Delivery Platform

I will create this lesson as a companion to an earlier web-based project built for EdTec 544 : home-brewing101.com. The lessons will be built using HTML and Adobe Flash as needed to create the specific end result.
