The Topic : Aztec Brewing Company

The Outcomes Logics Model is attached as two pdf files.

I am hoping the brewery will become a complete senory experience, starting the smells that accompany the creation of beer that will whaft through the air, to the flavors of the beer in the tasting rooms, to the visual stimuation added by the art on the walls.

Special events will feature the pairing of our beer with a careful selection of fine foods.
